Helicopter Heroes

Well, it's finally been aired, followers! As you well know, I was in a riding accident last year which required the help of the air ambulance. The air ambulance and its paramedics do a fantastic job of rescuing people and saving lives so I'd just like to take an opportunity to promote them and this amazing programme. I will admit I wasn't looking forward to watching it and I did get a bit upset seeing it all again (because it actually happened in August 2010) so was a bit distressing having to sort of relive it. I'd just like to say thanks to everyone who looked after me, particularly my friend Laura (who has a mini interview somewhere in there) and all of the amazing paramedic team.
